Tea Review #2: Mintea - Blueberry Basil White Tea

Finally getting around to trying this black owned brand by one of my favorite tea influencers! Let me tell you about it.

Taste like: This tea has a strong basil taste and a light blueberry taste to me. Maybe I should have been more intentional about placing more blueberries from the bag in but either way you can still notice the berries

Smells like: It has a strong basil scent. Definitely grabs you at first whiff

Feels like: It tasted very bougie lol like this is the kind of tea that you’d have at high tea or at a formal tea party. Perfect for any formal event! Basil has always been a seasoning to me, not a tea, so this was really interesting (and tasty) to try. Nice way to switch it up if you need caffeine.

Is Honey Recommended: If you’re not a big fan of basil in general then I’d definitely say yes. I’m not completely sold on basil as a tea but I would still drink it again with honey.
