The Kind But Clear Boundaries workshop series is a supportive journey designed to help you understand, create, and maintain healthy boundaries in your personal life, your relationships, and the workplace. Whether you struggle to say no, feel guilty putting your needs first, or don’t know how to speak up when a boundary is crossed, this series will help you build confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
Through interactive workshops focused on self-reflection, communication, and real-life application, you’ll learn how to:
Identify where your boundaries are missing or being crossed
Clearly express your needs calmly with others
Handle pushback and reinforce your boundaries with confidence
Set sustainable limits with yourself and others to prevent burnout
Prioritize self-care and protect your energy in both life and work
Each session is designed to meet you where you are whether you're completely new to boundary work or ready to deepen your practice. You’ll leave with practical tools, empowering language, and a renewed sense of ownership over your time, energy, and well-being. Because boundaries aren’t walls, they’re invitations to healthier connection starting with yourself.

No, please do not record this session in any way or try to use it for monetary gain or to pass as your own content.
Will I be required to be on camera?
While I’d love to see your face if you’re willing to share it, no, you’re not required to be on camera. Being off camera is fine.
Is this a lecture based workshop?
No, this is an interactive workshop. There will be various reflective writing exercises throughout the session. I will ask questions and present different discussion topics. I will expect for you to engage either by typing in the chat, responding to polls, or coming off mute for you to share your thoughts and questions. Please be prepared to engage in the workshop. Your interaction will improve the experience for not only yourself but for everyone so that we can all learn from each other!
*Will this workshop end on time?
I will sincerely do everything I can to end on time. However due to this being the first time that this workshop series is offered, it is possible that I may go over but by no more than 15 minutes. If you have to hop off, by all means do so but if you do have the capacity to hang in there, I will appreciate it! I hope to have any timing issues fixed by the next time I offer this workshop series again. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Is this workshop in person?
No, all workshops are virtual only. However I am making plans to offer it in person for the Memphis community so keep an eye out for announcements regarding when and where.
